Lee Cotton is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and is licensed in the state of Florida. She believes in a mind body approach to wellness and eating. Lee believes in Hippocrates famous quote “ Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” Her approach to nutrition is evidence based and focused on the client’s health and goals. She emphasizes the importance of nutrition in cancer treatment and recovery. Lee provides the education, empathy, and support needed for clients to reach health goals.
She graduated from Florida State University with a degree with Communications and received her Dietetic and Nutrition Degree from Keiser University. Lee is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is a member of Oncology Nutrition Practice Group, Dietitians in Integrative & Functional Medicine, and Behavioral Nutrition Practice Group. Lee has a background in health and wellness. She is also a healthy chef and Pilates instructor. She offers nutrition services and educational workshops. She looks forward to aiding in your path to wellness.
